Default priming 6.2L

I need some assistance. I have a 6.2L Suburban that in February of this year the injection pump went out. I got my new pump a week ago and installed it according to Dieselcare.com where I purchased the pump. It also turned out I needed a new lift pump too. I replaced both and now have fuel to the injection pump, but I can’t get the fuel to the injectors. I already killed my batteries twice. Why am I not getting fuel to my injectors? That’s all I need and she will run again. I have the lines hand tighten to the injectors so the air can escape. I believe it should have all the air gone by now, but I don’t have diesel flowing out of the top of the injectors. Any advice and/or help? I am in Stillwater, OK and I need this truck back up and running in less than two weeks. Thanks for any assistance.

Sounds like the fuel cutoff isn't getting power. Run a jumper from the battery to it and should hear a pretty strong click. If it sounds weak or isn't one, needs replaced. Be a good idea to check the return check actuator to. On a side note, it's best to remove the glow plugs when priming the pump. That way, you won't kill the batteries as fast, and you can tell when it's getting fuel into the injectors. Forgot to mention, all the lines need to be tight or else the inj. pump won't do anything as fast. Crank it over w/ out the glow plugs in for a few sec., then crack a line. Keep repeating until fuel starts to come out real good.
