1996 Dodge Cummins this is my pulling truck. I put a new BDS Super B Special Turbo on it. Thought I needed a new Lift pump so added a new stock lift pump. I have also just put a new Fuel shutoff silinoid on it. Now the truck starts very hard and runs rough and acts like it is starving for fuel. I'm at a loss. I'm new to diesel so asking for help. Trying to get ready to pull Sunday at our County fair. Thanks in advance.
