Default 2007 6.0 f350 smoke

I have a 2007 f350 6.0 with smoke and no acceleration. It had the egr delete down about 1 1/2 yr ago. Also a new FICM was replaced then. Codes being thrown are P1000 OBD system readiness not complete. Any ideas???

ok so I have more info. We have a SCT tuner on the truck. We got that when we did the egr delete. I know the code thrown doesn't have anything to do with the issue. Problem started this morning. Started out blowing white smoke and got worse, then the chugging started. Hard shifts and didn't want to go over 20 mph. We tow a large gooseneck horse trailer frequently. Just got back from a 200 mile trip last weekend. Had no problems over the weekend. Thinking possibly injector problems?? Fuel filters are changed regularly.

White smoke is either raw diesel or coolant. both entirely possible with a 6.0.....how does it idle?
