2003 F350 7.3... Won't Cold Start
#22
Critical finding. After changing the ICP and no change to the start issue, I plugged it up for a few hours and then tried again.
Truck started as expected, but still has the horrible miss to it. I let it run for several minutes and decided to check manifold temps on both sided.
The side with new injectors was running around 220f across the board. The driver side that still has old injectors was miss 70's across the board. Definitely an issue on the driver side.
Remember, I did replace both wiring harnesses. First thought is the new harness bad? I don't know but it could be bad or a loose connection.
So that a possibility. But when that valve cover comes off again I'm have the remaining 4 injectors checked. I will keep us posted.
