Default Dead In The Street....

Ok, Driving down the road minding my own business, feeling good about things, in truck, wife happy, heading over to the hardware store to buy stuff, couldn't be better.
Truck just dies, like someone blew out the candles, no steering, wife screaming, 180 degree turn around in general well being.
What the he..(ck) just happened!
Really, I still don't know. It's a 2001 Dodge 2500.
Any suggestions? The fue pressure is fine, the Cam sensor has been changed, It tries to run after a few minutes but dies in seconds...
I need that happy feeling back!

If you're referring to diagnostic codes, (I'm not real mechanicly literate) then no not yet.
If you're referring to engine codes then it's no again.

Actually it will start and run for a few seconds then it's lights out.

I meant for the codes, you turn the key to the run postion(don't start) and back to off 3x and watch your odometer to see if it shows any codes.

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

I have a code list if you happen to get any, this may be the 1st step to figuring out your problem

No problem, just list any codes and these guys will give you all the info you need I am sure.I am still pretty new to this and you only learn more by asking, the nice thing is with all the combined knowledge here people are quick to point out any faulty info that might be given.

Turn the key

OFF
ON
OFF
ON
OFF
ON

Then any codes should pop up in the odo. window.
