ECM repairs?

Is there a company out there doing repairs on dodge/cummins ECM's? I have a 2000 ram and had it sent in for repair via my local NC auto parts store. Got it back unrepaired, said company won't do that one. The unit is not supplying enough voltage to the lift pump and I thought this would be the fix. Any suggestions?
