PLEASE HELP!
Okay here Is my problem I've got an 04 dodge 2500 has 174k 4x4 no mods except intake. I got the truck with a blown motor. So I got a new block. Rebuilt it top to bottom with arp hardware. Put the motor in the truck and all it did was crank. Checked my fuel pressure and I was barely coming out of the cp3. So I put a new pump on it along with a new fuel rail pressure sensor. Replaced the fuel delivery tubes. Still no fire just cranks. I don't have a check engine light. I unplugged the cam and crank sensors one at a time to see if the ECM is reading them, and they both threw codes. Also unplugged the FCA and no start as well. I can hear the injectors go threw I guess a system check when I first turn the key on. There was a long 10gauge wire on the driver side of the engine. That reached both the negative battery post and the body ground. I installed it to the body? Is that wrong?
Someone please help me I'm in dire need of this truck running.

The things I would think from a quick look at your post would be l/p fuel delivery system or a possible cracked injector which had caused the original engine failure. Take into account that the cp3 will make NO pressure when open to the atmosphere. In other words the fuel will not "spray" out under pressure unless the system is closed.

Lift pump is putting out 14psi. They haven't told me what the cp3 is putting out. I plan on asking them tomorrow cause that will either tel me if there is a leak or bad injectors. Or if there is an electrical problem. I understand that there needs to be a minimum of 3000psi to fire the injectors.

okay thats what i figured. when i was cranking the engine over thew #1 injector was getting between 12-14v. it spiked to 22v once. so idk if thats enough to fire it? but i was stumped so i sent it to the shop. tomorrow ill have more info on what the ecm is reading for rail pressure.
