Default No start issue

1994.5 F250 7.3 4x4
Tried starting my truck after work last sunday and it wouldn't start. A couple weeks ago I was having issues starting it and all signs were pointing to the starter. I changed it and it and my battery cable (since it was old and cracking and it was all getting disconnected anyways) and it started great. Probably better than ever since I got it. My battery light has been on for months so I got my alternator tested and he said it was no good. So I picked up a new one and just needed to swap the pulley. Now comes Sunday when it wouldn't start. I figured okay maybe the alternator is finally crapped out, so I got the pulley on the new one and installed it. Tried jump starting it it still won't start. Checked fuses and they are all okay. As far as I can tell, I'm down to glow plugs and the relay. I tried connecting the posts on the relay to warm the glow plugs, but it still wouldn't fire. And im too far from a plug to try pluging it in. It seems to do everything it is supposed to, except start. Is there anything else I should try first before i try changing glow plugs in the parking lot at work?
