Need Help! 93 Dodge Ram smoking/ diesel overflowing/ turbo leaking
First time post, I have read and learned alot from this site, and now Im stuck,
I cant really afford a diesel mechanic, so I trying to fix the truck myself,
I have a 1993 Dodge Ram Cummins, has quite a few symptoms,
It smokes white with a rich diesel smell,
It also has fuel overflowing out of the pump, I believe its an overflow valve,
on the body where the fuel pin is,
It also has what I believe to be fuel leaking from the turbo, I thought it was oil but smells like fuel but black in color, could be a mix of fuel/oil, the oil in the truck is clean, doesn't really resemble oil , seems thinner
The fuel pump sounds kinda loud, ticking noise, also notice turbo is really quiet,
I have tried changing fuel injectors, also tried different timing positions, same exact symptoms, I dont have much money to spend and could use any advice or ideas, I have been thinking maybe the turbo is going bad, turbo spins but very quiet, truck lacks power also thought if turbo doesn't work, fuel maybe backing up, or maybe return line clogged.. any help is appreciated... Thanks

Not a dodge guy but that sound like you have a bad injection pump, or a few bad injectors, pouring diesel into the engine and therefor into the turbo.
I suggest you find the problem and have it fixed before trying to run it any further, diesel in your engine oil is a bad thing
