I have an 04 f350 6.0 L and I have 89700 miles on it. It ran fine before the EGR Delete. Now it's a little rough at idle. Small power loss until turbo is spooled up. I did the EGR delete because the egr cooler was leaking and the truck was smoking a lot. Any feed back would really help me out. I don't understand why it's not running smooth like it did yesterday before the EGR delete.

 

did you clean turbo? is your map sensor hose cracked or cut?
