no wait to start light no start

Motors a 95 cummins wirings 93 I have the neutral saftey jumped when I turn the key my gauges turn on when I try starting it the wait to start light comes on doesn't crank or anything I've switched ignitions batterys good starters good any advice would help thanks

have you checked the neutral jump maybe that came loose.
