Just installed new dual disk clutch and hydrolics by South Bend. No pedal. Pumped on it for hours, slave cylinder hasn't even popped the little keeper that holds it back. Please help...Thanks in advance.

took lid off res. unbolted slave cylinder broke keeper let rod come out part way pushed back in repeatedly no air bubbles in res. Please help...Thanks in advance.
