Default No power

1997 7.3 Powerstroke. I parked the Ford F350 and there were no problems. After about 1 month I started it and it ran really rough and made clunking noise I never heard before. After replacing two injectors on drivers side(mechanic did that) the truck runs good but turbo does not seem to be boosting. The truck runs good but does not have that extra umph it used to. Why would two injectors go out and loose boost just by sitting for a month. It was about 26 degrees when I tried to start it. I let the glow plugs warm up three times to make sure it would start. I am baffled!
