2010 dodge cummins engine problem

I have a 2010 6.7 dodge with h&s tuner 5" exhaust delete 17.000 miles. It started pushing water in reservoir getting hot check oil no signs of water. Pulled oil cap off with truck off and water returned back to radiator. Is my head gasket blown?

IMHO the gasket is def wounded and most likely is blown. H&S's is def rough on stock gaskets and bolts

What would be the best head gasket and bolts.
