03 f250 7.3 the turn signal relay is stuck buzzing it will only ouit if you turn on signals , hazards ,or step on the brakes. i have a flat bed with 4 led lights they flash like there is a bulb out real fast. i have unplugged the back half of the truck at cab and still buzzes . now when sittting in park the speedometer moves up and down. i need some help thanks for your time.
