2000F250, 7.3L 250k mi, 4"exh,air filter,Stg2 Rosewood inj. T500 hpop
AE Scan tool states 900 to 1200 psi on almost start cold, will not start though
1.5volts, 65% duty cycle
i changed icp with new one and ipr with new one no change
i changed hpop with my good spare and same readings
i have a oil pressure guage installed on hpop resavouire 40psi and have new lpop for about 5k mi
any ideas?
my other 2002F350 7.3L 200kmi reads 2400psi,1v,18% duty cycle on startup
any help is greatly appreciated

SHould start... Only needs 500psi ICP to start... Make sure your batt's are up to snuff, maybe you didn't hook up your glow plugs when you were buttoning up after injectors?

 

Pass a buzz test?

Got fuel pressure?

Its got enough ICP to start...
