Default 0470 and 0475

Ok I have read many previous post on these subjects but I have a question. I cleaned the tube and switched sensors and actually the part that was plugged was the fitting going into the manifold. I was previously just shooting 0475 and then when I drove home from work after cleaning the tube and fitting, I thought my truck kinda sounded funny. Granted I have only had my 5" exhaust on for less than a week. So I checked and now I get 0470 too. Could It have instantly plugged again? Any suggestions?
