I have a 97 dodge dually with the 12v cummins,First diesel i,ve owned and looking for advice on what I can do to tune it up better.

you should have the killer dowel pin taken care of first. Then after that is up to you.Just remember diesels love to breath.
I've got a 97 12valve and i love mine.
