95 ford cargo (cabover) w/ ford 1060
I am new to this sight, and hope someone can tell me if there is any difference in a ford
sd 1060 and a cummins 5.9 6bta. Appearance wise they look identical, and the only
supplier sight I have found for the ford list the same starter for both. Specs in my ford
manual also SEAM identical to the commercial (non dodge) 5.9.
Thanks

I geuss I already screwed up asking a technical question. Sorry. I just traded for a 95
ford c700 with what appears is a cummins 5.9 but listed as a ford 1060. Truck was astreet sweeper on a 4 ton chassis, but will be a flatbed winch truck soon. Surfed onto your sight a few days ago and really like it. I ran offshore oil field boats for about 10 years running boats with mostly Cummins KTA 19's. Ran some cats too, and detroit
1692's, but like cummins better so far. Semi retired now, and really looking forward to
building my cabover/
