Well, the car made it home but is stuck at home! It got stuck in 4th gear so dear ole Dad to the rescue! He took me up to Michigan to get parts to rebuild the trans, then brought be back to school..... 12+ hours of being a passenger wore me out, so the near 20 hours will leave him dead! Time to rebuild the T56 this week and load it in the old buick for the trip back home.

Every chance I could. Its a tiny course, but still fun. They had me running hotlaps last year during the open house. Went through over a 1/2 a tank of gas each day, and after each day, the back of the car was covered in soot and tire rubber. Did a few smoke shows for the crowd and did some HOT passes when the president of the club was in the car with me (had the hots for her at the time), or one of the Deans of the school. The dean asked "who has the fastest car here at the event" and everyone pointed at me. I had no clue what was going on and just saw a crowd of people pointing at me with the dean looking in my direction..... Talk about a scary moment!
