Default transmission problems with my 6.5 disel

i have recently purchased a 1999 Chevy 6.5 turbo diesel. the transmission works great until it warms up after running it about 20 miles it begins to not wanna stay in gear or know what gear to go into. as you begin to take off after it begins to act up it doesn't want to get out of second. i had the tranny rebuilt and it still does the identical thing. im not sure whats wrong with it? if you could help me out it would be nice thanks

Since you had the tranny rebuilt, I would take it back & tell them the tranny has the same issue
