I have been signed up here for sometime. Never really posted much though. I was always over at the Cummins forums. Well I sold my 06 Dodge I had a while back and started moving back to the older trucks. They cost less and insurance is cheap and I can do the work myself.

Well I have a 82 Chevy crew cab short bed k-30 that I am dropping a cummins in. I bought a 12v from a 91 2500. It is an inter cooled engine. Well it looks dirty as heck. I bought it sight unseen. Just pictures. I am in Kuwait finishing up a deployment to Iraq.

Well right now I have bought a p-pump and all needed hardware to swap it in. As well as a BW 64/68/14 turbo for it. Still have plans to get a cam. Most likely from Zach Hamilton, been to his shop a few times. Great guy and service. I also need injectors. I have been looking at the DDP 75hp ones but I might get the next size up the offer. Undecided as I haven't fully grasp the concept of injector sizing.
