Default Another boring introduction

Hi y'all, my name is Chris, or you can just call me indietrucker, or if you see me out on the road maybe "Wildfire". I'm an owner-operator, though not a full blooded independent like my nickname would suggest, however we all got dreams right? My diesels are a 2006 Cummins 5.9L in a Dodge 2500 Quad Cab, automatic, other than after market exhaust and trailer brake assist, not much going on there. My work truck on the other hand, don't laugh, 2004 Freightliner Century with a Detroit Diesel Series 60 14.0L EGR. Yeah, one of the ugliest trucks out there in a lot of "super truckers" opinions, but we all know what they say about opinions, right? I run Schaeffer 9000 5w-40 in both my trucks, the big rig has an OPS-1 EcoPur bypass filtration system, FleetAir washable high flow air filter, Pittsburgh Power high flow muffler, Detroit Radiator 4 core radiator with the Powermax charge air cooler, and an ECM performance tune and upgrade putting 565 HP to the engine from a factory of 515HP. I also use Hot Shot's Secret in my oil, PowerService in my fuel. There are a lot of things I'm looking forward to getting done this next year, but everything costs money and I can only do so much at once right? Getting ready hopefully too to add an 89 Cummins B Series 12V to my collection this Christmas. I'm here to learn things I don't know, get new ideas, and hopefully be somewhat a helpful contributor when the opportunity arises.
