Hello,

I'm new to the forum and am excited to learn about the new to me /used diesel beast that I just bought. I brought home a 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins 5.9 diesel 12v that sounds like a top, but have much to learn.

initial worry is the KDP. I have NO idea if this was addressed by the previous 2 owners over the last 18 years. I've contacted a Cummins shop for a quote, as this is above my skill level.

I ordered a BHAF that should come this week, as well as a new fuel filter that I need to learn how to change.
