Default Ford 2003 F350 won't start

My truck won't start. It was working fine and I came out of Wal mart and it would not crank. It sounds like the batteries are weak so I replaced both batteries and about a month ago I changed the alternator out. That didn't work so I had the started replaced today. Still won't crank. It turns like it wants to start but its not turning fast enough to crank. anyone have any idea what could be the problem.? this is my only ride so please if anyone can help I would be so grateful

It could be you crank position sensor (Hopefully) or you high pressure oil pupmp. Ford injectors run off oil pressure no pressure no start. Also if you have a bad crank sensor it wont fire because the engines has to be cranking 750 RPM to fire the injectors. Hope this helps!

They only was to check the crank sensor is to replace it sadly. It located under the engin in the front left. You should see a lil probe lookin deal with wires goin into it.

That might be another thing like cobra is sayin. Have you checked you fuel filters. Ford has an inframe transfer shound be under the friver door bolted to the frame, and you should have on on top on the engine there real easy to change filters. Along when you crank it do you have any smoke coming out of the exhaust?

Ive had two issus like yours there on you ford. Both on the POS 6.0L my grandfathers oil pump and another on a friends crank sensor the systems are alike just junk engines. Be glad you own a 7.3L and do me a favor dont sell it for the new one either.

One more thing, I made the assumption since I forgot 03 is when they began to switch to the 6.0L Powerstroke Is yours a 6.0L or 7.3L if its s six litre unless you have REAL TINY hands your not gonna be able to reach that crank sensor if its a 7.3 your in good shape.
