Default 2003 48re problems!!

Hey everyone i'm very new to forums/ I read them a lot but not good at replying and posting and ALL.

iF ANYONE can help me with my problems i would be thankful.
I have a 03 dodge 2500 slt running 265 70 17 with a banks 6-gun tuner and thats all my mods. The truck has 270,000 on it now. The trans has a jasper tag on it so i'm assuming it has had work or been rebuilt before.. Well i'm having the hunt for gears problem. From a take off 1-2 works flawless and is smooth shifts and i don't shuttle from 1-2 either but when it goes from 3-4 it messes up. The torque converter seem to lock up nice and smooth and holds very well. I did buy the updated governor pessure solenoid from Suncoast and installed it Saturday. The shifts and nice and smooth but still had the hickup from 3-4. Now idk if this could be it, but i didn't replace the governor Sensor i only replaced the solenoid. Is it possible i only need to adjust my bands? or do i need to pull the pan back off and put the Governor sensor in as well or is it just time to rebuild it? But the trans does not slip at all!.. When i changed the fluid it was wayyyyy over do and it looked very good and clean and had no metal in it at all.
