High my name is Billy Langston I am a mechanic for our state highway dept and I also do some mech work on the side to help pay the bills. I have 2 sons the oldest will be 6 in July the youngest will be 1 in august. I have 1 wife 13 years and counting. We injoy a small cattle opperation. John deere tractors, And pulling our camper with the Dodge cumin's 6 speed, to Colorado for an elk hunting trip when the money allows. I have worked at my current Job for 13.5 years. We repair everything from weed eaters to semi's bulldozers and motor patrols. The state does not provide much in the way of scan tools or technical data and with the equipment being built today it is almost impossible to repair without it, but we make do. We do have a cheap scan tool but it hasn't been updated for 10 years. All that aside I work with a good crew of people and that usually makes for a good day at work.
All jokes aside I am a firm believer in Cummings diesel power and only wish the gov and EPA would get out of the way of better performance and greater fuel economy.
