Not real sure but I think the attitude monitor is holding you back on power. I have a 99 and it will blow the smoke but that is not necesarily a good thing. The settings on the montior will actually defuel itself and while it is still cold. The comp box doesn't get all this info so it doesn't defuel.

Welcome to DB!!!

You should think about your transmission first, as this is the weak link in the driveline.

Again, Welcome to DB!

Make sure the low end responsiveness settings are turned up on that edge juice. If u wanna show off on lvl 5 just turn up the low end responsiveness on that setting. Build the trans.... And a 62mm turbo would do wonders for you. It would tow nice, cool, muuuch more power, and prob low 50's boost psi. Take it easy without head studs.

Welcome to the site, I would suggest you start a thread in the proper Cummins area to get more exposure to your question.
