New guy with an OLD diesel
Ok, lets get this intro thing out of the way...when did this become standard on forums, people getting shunned because the didn't say hi.
So anyways....I have been around diesels since i was 13, good friends of mine own a lot of farm land in eastern washington, so we were always messing wround with the old crawlers and a couple old ford tractors (and 8 and "golden jubilee")...stayed away from the new stuff in the barns...to expencive if we broke anything.
I have owned a few different diesels...from the old 6.2 chevys. 5.9l 12 and 24 valve cummins and currently a 7.3 powerstroke f250. I am currently in the process of buying a 1945 White model 666 6x6 WWII wrecker with a '45 cummins "multi-fuel" diesel that will be my "off road" recovery rig....when the jeep guys get stuck here in the AZ desert.
I guess this is about it for my intro, hope you all enjoyed it, and if you have any questions shoot me a PM.
