Thanks for the welcomes! I was browsing through the archives earlier and there's a lot of good stuff around here.

I pulled into my driveway the other day and said to my neighbor "I am never not owning a diesel again!". I'm hooked

Here's the truck the day I brought it home:

I've had it for a week now and put 330 miles on it, so far, so good.

welcome to the site.....things to watch for on a 24v cummins...53 blocks that can crack and stock lift pump's that die then take out the injection pump.....look at the side of the block for a big "53" cast on it to tell if you have one....install a 5psi low pressure warning light or a guage or something to let you know you have good fuel pressure.....then bomb's away
