odnob's diesel
Hi every body!
I have read lots of really good info, appreciate being able to learn from others. I have a 97 Dodge 2500 I bought in 98. I love it! 268,000 miles and going strong. Never had the engine opened, just adjusted valves. I have replaced the rear end, auto tranny with a HD 1 ton billet, four inch exhaust. It sagged when the camper was on so I bolted over load springs directly to main springs and installed air lifts. Rides like a box of rocks but does the trick. I played around with different fuel plates and finally took it out. Installing piro and boost gauges today as soon as it cools (100 degrees today) and I can stand working in my shop. I am pretty new to this kind of stuff but I believe diesel runs in my veins.
