I have a 2001 Dodge H/O six speed manual 2 wheel drive. My wife says I love my truck more than her, because I am always happy when I am in my truck. She actually loves it too.

After five years of running perfect I now have a problem. The charging gauge drops to 0 after I drive for a couple of minutes. I replaced the batteries. They were not in to good of shape. I checked the alternator, the battery temperture sensor and all checked out fine. I had a friend put his reader on the truck and it came back with a P 0 252 error stored and one pending. This code has something to do with the injection pump. I had another dodge mechanic tell me my PCM needs replacement.

Anybody ever experience this? I could use some help.

P.S. I do have an Edge comp box on the truck.
