Default silencer ring

im new here but have been looking at a few things and i keep reading about silencer ring mia was wondering what thats about i have a 03 dodge 2500 5.9l all stock engine i have put a jake brake on it and 5inch straight pipe

On the front side of the turbo is a silencer ring, helps eliminate the turbo whistle. You can remove it an the turbo will really sing! Getcha 2 small screwdrivers and pry out the c-clip and the ring comes right out. It will take ya 3-5 minutes to do!

ok thx also i have heard of people bypassing the lift pump and putting an inline fuel pump and got better results

Yup! You'll need to pick-up a FASS or Airdog fuel system. This increases fuel pressure and removes air from the fuel lines, a solid investment!
