12 valve fuel sylinoid problem's

Default 12 valve fuel sylinoid problem's
I would like to find a way to bypass the fuel sylinoid that goes bad on the 12 valve's.I ahve heard you can do this with a manuel cable type shut off.Where can I get this and how to do it?
