Default Wandering into the world of Diesel

Hi guys,

I am a BMW enthusiast and Super Moderator on a UK BMW forum that will remain anonymous.

I own a 1992 E36 318is coupe that I have completed a 1995 S50 3.0 litre M3 conversion on. It is very modified and has been featured in two UK car magazines.

My reason for joining this site is because I know absolutely nothing about the engine in my other car, it's a 1996 E36 325tds Touring.

I have recently done an engine swap on the Touring as the fuel pump had decided it no longer wanted to work.

My car uses the M51 BMW engine but I have learnt that there is very little information available for these engines.

Anyway, that's enough about me see you in the forums

Here I am, HARD at work

Welcome to Dieselbombers. I don't know that many will be able to help you with your project as passenger car diesels are a rarity here in the US (where most members are from), but good luck anyway.
