Wandering into the world of Diesel
Hi guys,
I am a BMW enthusiast and Super Moderator on a UK BMW forum that will remain anonymous.
I own a 1992 E36 318is coupe that I have completed a 1995 S50 3.0 litre M3 conversion on. It is very modified and has been featured in two UK car magazines.
My reason for joining this site is because I know absolutely nothing about the engine in my other car, it's a 1996 E36 325tds Touring.
I have recently done an engine swap on the Touring as the fuel pump had decided it no longer wanted to work.
My car uses the M51 BMW engine but I have learnt that there is very little information available for these engines.
Anyway, that's enough about me see you in the forums
Here I am, HARD at work

Hi there, hope you enjoy Diesel Bombers. As you will soon find out most of us are very friendly and will help you out in any way we can. So, don't be shy, and don't be afraid to ask questions. We where all "newbies" once in our lifetime.Enjoy your stay.
Welcome to Dieselbombers. I don't know that many will be able to help you with your project as passenger car diesels are a rarity here in the US (where most members are from), but good luck anyway.
