need some help to get more power out of engine, new pump? what size? intercooler?

Well, an intercooler will get you the ability to make more power... A LOT more . But, by itself it won't do a thing, you'll need to add more fuel to make more power. What pump is on it now? Whats it in? (I'm guessing an OTR Truck) There's a few options on how to get more fuel depending on the pump, so we need a bit more info.
