Default Hello from Idaho

Hello to all.
New member here. I normally use "Mod-it" as my user name but it wouldn't accept it and gasserssuck was the first thing off the top of my head . I have an 07 LBZ that I purchased about a year and a half ago. It was a one owner, non daily driver rig that I got lucky and found with only 61k on the clock. So far I've only done some cosmetic additions like seat covers, dash mat, LED DRL and interior lights, and aftermarket LED taillight units. I did remove and cap the turbo resonator and remove the kitty as well. The next thing that will happen is doing something about the EGR blockage that forms over time, at the very least vent the PCV to the atmosphere. I also will be putting in a through type muffler and would like to get some kind of mild tow tune at some point. I will do an EGT gauge if it gets a tune. I like to keep up on maintenance as I like to keep a rig for quite a while.
I previously had an 01 Dodge Cummins for about 12 years and know quite a bit about the 2nd gens due to this. Anyone familiar with one of these knows how to change a LP in short order at the very least .
I joined the forum to learn more about my LBZ and possibly will be able to offer insight into some 2nd gen cummins questions.
I look forward to learning some info and getting acquainted with the knowledgeable members here!
Jason
