Tow vehicle

Hi everyone , I have purchased a cardinal 5th wheeler, 2008, and are now looking for a suitable ford tow vehicle, should I get a 250 or 350 or a dually. The cardinal weighs around 13000lbs fully loaded, I am led to believe the 6.7,2011 onwards are now able to tow this weight.
Any help will be much appreciated.
