Hey Everyone! We recently had our 2004 built, motor, custom tunes, FASS fuel system, injectors etc. the fuel system is giving us fits & the shop were using is apparently stumped >=| The truck has lag on take off when you stomp it, occasionally when I start it, it idles at 300RPM & dies multiple time before it will finally start & idle at 725RPM. I have a video of this. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated! We just got the FASS system back from the FASS team & they said nothing's wrong with it.

 

Need more info...what injectors, turbo and engine specs...you say Had it built...full built or just had it studded?

Blackwater = bad idea.

Why are you certain its fuel related?

 

We also had it custom tuned by IDP, we went with the SCT LIVEWIRE

Why is it you say its fuel related?

 

Blackwater is who we were referred to, talked to several people that had went with them & they highly recommended them. Not certain it's a fuel issue but the FASS sounds like its picking up air somewhere. The video may help you to understand a little better but I'm having trouble uploading it. I have a friend at KEM Performance & he saw the video & said he believes its fuel related.
