Up G'day from Australia!

G'day folks,

I live at Coffs Harbour, in the state of New South Wales, Australia!

I am an ex-soldier/Veteran. I work as a Veterans Advocate looking after all the returned Veterans.

I currently have a 2002 GU Nissan Patrol 4x4 wagon. It has the 4.2 turbo diesel engine and 5 speed manual gearbox. I do a lot of touring, towing my families 2 tonne off-road camper trailer.

I have set my Patrol up as a touring vehicle and also as an off-road vehicle. We have a lot of 4x4 tracks around Coffs Harbour with very step hills, so i am really chasing good low down torque.

I want to replace the Nissan diesel engine and gearbox and replace it with a Dodge Cummins engine and automatic gearbox. So hopefully i can get some good advice from you folks!

PS, if i can be of any assistance to you folks regarding Australia, please ask and i will do my best to assist your inquiries.

Kind regards,

RLI
