Soon I,ll be retired and I am now working for to realize my dream ,a pickup + a 5 wheels and then to travel thrue Europe.
For the truck I would like a 2008 F 350 or 450 King Ranch. I found some but I would like to know ,for a diesel one , when do you say " for a 2008 it have many or to many miles ". ?
In Europe for little diésels cars motors the average mileage per year is 15500 (25000 km)
What is this average for 8 diesel cylinder motors ?
If I want to buy one of which the seller price is ,for example, 32000$ can I propose 30000 first then maybe 31000 or the seller price of 32000$ is a fixed price .?
That is I would like to know before to contact a seller.
