Introduction
Hi, everyone, I'm Jim from southeast Texas and am on my third Ford 7.3 diesel. The first was a 1989 f-350 crew cab DRW with the old IDI 7.3 and zf 5 speed. The second was a 1999 f-350 crew cab DRW flat bed with 7.3 and zf 6 speed. I recently sold that truck with over 279000 miles and downsized to a 1999 f-250 ext cab short bed with a 7.3 and zf 6 speed. I won't have an automatic transmission because they can't hold up for me.
