Hello new here to the site but have been reading post for a while. Started having some surgging with truck and decided to take a shot at the ICP. Have read in the past how much of a pita these were to get to on this yr. truck but after removing the front driveshaft and heat shield wasn't bad to get to. Unplugged and drove for a while with no surgging. It can be pretty dangerous at s light and truck takes off unexpectedly. Now I know it needs replacing and want take more than an hr. to do. Those out there that have been intimidate by this job and what others have posted (don't) take your time and have all tools handy and you'll be having s cool beverage before you know it. Hopes this eases the mind of those not wanting to attempt the job.
