I have a '90 chevy crew cab dually 4x4 that came from nevada/colorado (no rust!). Was a nevada department of energy truck then a us mail repair truck. A freind who worked at a towing yard brought it back east after it was not picked up, i assume. Repainted it and i plan to put a 5.9 cummins allison 5 speed out of a 2001 frieghtliner van that i bought from a junkyard. i have a divorced rh drop np 205 that i plan to put behind it. got all the wiring and ecms from the van. has a 454 in it now which i rebuilt before the 5.9 came along, have not had it on the road yet. want to drive it as is while working on 5.9/allison/205 and conversion parts. plan on installing some power parts allong with the installation, just to make it more fun to drive. i see others have done this swap, like to gather info as questions arise. thanks in advance for any help!
