Default new from Texas/Norway

Hello! I'm new to the forum, but have read on it for years. I'm from TExas, but living in Norway right now. I had a '94 single cab 3/4 ton 12v with 5spd before I moved and loved it. I'm about to start on a tow rig project and want to use a 12v for power. I have a '69 Chevy suburban for a body and a '92 250 12v auto that was wrecked sitting so thought I would marry the two....there wil be lots of questions before I get going. I worry about the non-lockup converter in the auto and need to tow a 10,000lb trailer once a year form Texas to Utah to go racing at the salt flats....

thanks, Hans
