LOL... no.

Just the way it sits, about 400-450hp. With studs, springs, push rods and such about 750... Above that you will need rods, partial fill, girdle and such...

Ok, thanks...

I didn't mean that 1000hp comment hehe... but 750hp safe with that and more fuel... how long can we go with a stock charger...?

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

he will be towing, soa big charger is out of the picture, what would you suggest to make a 550-600hp daily truck?

Stock turbo is good for about 350-375 hp. Really needs to be replaced at about 320... I would not suggest a 550-600hp daily driver.

425-450hp for a daily driver unless you like wrenching all the time.

hmmm, i thought this was compareable to the 5.9 CTD

but a stick 7.3 should get 90hp with that Superchips... does that make sense?

A superchips tuner will take you from the 220-225RWHP to about 300RWHP.

One last question, how much hp and tq will the stock clutch take, given that it has 38" tires?

Wouldn't a Valair or SouthBend be in order?

That's better than the stock clutch on a 5.9 CTD anyway hehe

Looking forward to see what Mr. Hummer is going to do with his truck
