Well I do own a diesel car, but living in the south I keep seeing Ram 3500s with fenders that only cover the wheel. These are modern trucks. When I go to the dodge website, their dually fenders are a complete swoop over the sides of the bed. Can anyone answer how the owners of these trucks got them to look like that? I am guessing you are talking about the picture below. Those IIRC only came on old 1st gen duallys and '06-'07 duallys. Maybe '08 duallys too....not sure.
