Hey all,

Just joined this site looking for some info on modifying my '03 Cummins QCLB. I'm sick of just playing around with a stock truck, I already have an Edge Juice with attitude but I would really like having some more power to haul my gf's gooseneck horse trailer around. I know this site will help me out and have a lot of fun along the way.

ok, you've added more fuel,now you need to help the engine breath in eaiser and get rid of the exhaust easier.plus you'll need an egt gauge to keep an eye on the motors temp.

@ 97cummins, it has a 4" turbo back with a 'rednecked' 4.5 pipe where the muffler should be, also has a 3 gauge pillar with EGT, boost and Trans temp so besides the intake i'm pretty set at this point

Get the hot unlock code for the edge juice it makes level 5 seem slow. I have an airdog 100 fuel pump tho so the stock one might not make much of a difference bc it will only flow so much fuel.

 

i won't turn the truck up too much until i build the 47re and put in a better lift pump, plus the ol' lady will kill me if i can't pull her horse trailer because we are picking up tranny peices out of the road, haha

 

yea i have the goerend with billet shafts so i dont need to worry about tranny forgot to mention that!
