I have just recently acquired my dream truck, 1993 w250 two tone grey ext cab. Truck has 265 km (165000 miles) it came with 5 spares and a 5th wheel hitch for 5000.00 dollars. I am happy with it. Truck is getting its inspection done right now for registration purposes. M4 fuel pin, 32oo spring, BHAF, and 5 inch BDS suspension lift with 35 inch tires all on order. I am also seeking a 12000 winch with a heavy brush/bumper for later this year. Was going to replace immediately the steering box to borgeson and new shaft. I have an older 89 2 wheel drive that is very tired and am now excited about fixing up my new old truck. Can't justify the 60-75 k for new trucks, but won't mind towing them home or out of ditch this winter. Then we'll see who gets the last laugh.........have been reading so much on this site for past three weeks, and am grateful for all your experience. Any suggestions or comments on my proposed additions? Thanks for now, Dwayne

 

Has the killer dowel pin been dealt with?

 

I believe I may have read something in the past about this......I have yet to do anything on the truck.......is this the air hammer from hell removal I read about a couple of weeks ago? Please refresh my memory and give me details about fixing.....thx
